“This is truly the land of opportunity and it has the principles and freedom that I love. My father brought me here because he wanted me to have the advantage of living in the United States.”

Message from the Chairman

On behalf of Thana Holdings LLC, I wish to extend my sincere appreciation to those who have supported our activities since our establishment in 1921.

For more than one hundred years, the firm and its affiliates and friends have diligently conducted operations and supported their respective communities. As the firm moves forward into its second century of operation, management remains committed to quality, community ethics, and the systematic management and preservation of the firm and its Strategic Reserve.

Note the founder, C.L. Boulos - who served the community as President of the Rotary Club of DeKalb, President of the DeKalb County Shrine Club, President of St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church, member of Masonic Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 144 DeKalb, and in many other philanthropic capacities - during an interview published on February 28, 1952 with the Elgin Daily Courier-News, discussing the importance of community and hard work: “This is truly the land of opportunity and it has the principles and freedom that I love. My father brought me here because he wanted me to have the advantage of living in the United States.”
